1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

Pricing 
Refresh reserves the right to change prices in the general online catalogue and to do so without notice. 
Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT will be displayed at the basket and checkout stages (note that certain sizes of some children’s clothing are exempt from VAT). 
Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. 
Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.


Force Majeure
Refresh are not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.


Payment

Refresh are under no obligation to accept or honour any order regardless of whether payment has been received.
We reserve the right not to accept multiple cheques/payments for a single order.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collate any multiple payments and forward to Refresh as a single payment.
Notwithstanding the above, all online orders are to be paid by debit / credit card at the moment of confirmation of order.

Title

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Refresh.

Digital Downloads.
Digital downloads purchased or acquired free from Refresh remain the property of Refresh Sewing.
You may not sell, trade, giveaway, share, modify, combine into other format and claim as your own.
There are no refunds as these are digital downloads
Sewing & Embroidery Machine Warranty Information

1, Warranty registration.

There is no need to register your warranty. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The product warranty is nontransferable should the machine be sold or given away at a later date.

2, To which products does this warranty cover.

This warranty applies to the machine and accessories (jointly referred to in this document as "this product"), with the exception of.

Needles, light bulbs, presser feet, bobbins, blades, tools and embroidery frames.

Other parts that need to be regularly maintained, filled or replaced and that are subject to normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, bobbin cases, needle plates, belts and needle threaders and brackets).

Consumable items.

3, What does Brother warrant.

Brother warrants that the machine will be free from defects in material and workmanship, save for the exceptions set out in this document. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of the machine at Brother's expense and discretion, however no consequential damages that occur outside of this product, such as materials that have become unusable or loss of profit.

4, When does the warranty not apply to.

Material damage caused by external influences on this product

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect or inappropriate use, misuse, negligence or accident (including, but not limited to, the transport of this product without proper preparation or packaging); and

Damage caused by other non-Brother devices or programmes used together with this product (including, but not limited to, the use of consumable items and accessory items).

This warranty shall become INVALID if this product is altered in any way (including, but not limited to, as a result of attempted warranty repairs without Brother's authorisation or alteration or removal of the serial number).

5, How long is the warranty valid.

This warranty is valid for 3 Years from the date of purchase. 1 Year for PR680w, PR1060w embroidery machines.

6, Warranty repair.

If this machine develops a fault during the warranty period, Contact us on 01568 610044 or Email; refreshsewing@gmail.com Simply explain the fault and we shall help to rectify the fault in every way possible. Return the machine if needed so our tech department can check the machine. The original proof of purchase will be required as this will be needed to access the Brother warranty repair system.

This warranty is valid for 2 Years from the date of purchase.

Craft Printers Warranty
