Pricing
Refresh reserves the right to change prices in the general online catalogue and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT will be displayed at the basket and checkout stages (note that certain sizes of some children’s clothing are exempt from VAT). Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Refresh are not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.

Payment
Refresh are under no obligation to accept or honour any order regardless of whether payment has been received.
We reserve the right not to accept multiple cheques/payments for a single order.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collate any multiple payments and forward to Refresh as a single payment.
Notwithstanding the above, all online orders are to be paid by debit / credit card at the moment of confirmation of order.
Refresh may agree to give credit to certain Schools / colleges / Businesses. This will be agreed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to withdraw the credit if the school / college / businesses does not respect the agreed payment terms.

Title
The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Refresh.

Any changes to artwork which has already been agreed / processed will incur further costs.
Artwork
Artwork remain the property of Refresh. Any item digitised by Refresh (or on behalf of Refresh) remains the property of Refresh.
Copyright
Refresh accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.
Digital Download patterns
Digital downloads purchased or acquired free from Refresh remain the property of Refresh.
