1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Returns
We only accept returns if faulty
Any electrical spares are sold as non returnable
We offer a 30 day returns policy. All products must be in a new and unused condition and in it's original unopened packaging. Original packaging NOT damaged in any way - including any labels. 

Shipping fees and handling fees are not refundable.

All items are supplied Brand New unless stated within the listing.

Any defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. 

Items supplied as replacement spares to be fitted yourself - any damage incurred during fitting voids any warranty or returns.

Electrical items such as foot pedals, motors, etc - once fitted voids any warranty or returns. 

All machines must be new and unused and in it's original sealed packaging along with all the accessories that it is delivered with. A item given free as a promotion with any machine must also be returned.
All new machines are sold with manufacturers warranty. For any fault on machines - please contact the manufacturer direct.
The Manufacturer will ascertain the issue, solve the problem or collect the machine repair and returned to you.

 
Pricing
 
Refresh reserves the right to change prices in the general online catalogue and to do so without notice. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT will be displayed at the basket and checkout stages (note that certain sizes of some children’s clothing are exempt from VAT). Prices charged will be those in place at time of confirmation of order. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
 

Force Majeure
 

Refresh are not liable in any way for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.

 

Payment

Refresh are under no obligation to accept or honour any order regardless of whether payment has been received.
We reserve the right not to accept multiple cheques/payments for a single order.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collate any multiple payments and forward to Refresh as a single payment.
Notwithstanding the above, all online orders are to be paid by debit / credit card at the moment of confirmation of order.
Refresh may agree to give credit to certain Schools / colleges / Businesses. This will be agreed on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to withdraw the credit if the school / college / businesses does not respect the agreed payment terms.
 
 
Title

The title of any goods purchased shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been made to Refresh.
 

Changes to Artwork

Any changes to artwork which has already been agreed / processed will incur further costs.


Artwork

Artwork remain the property of Refresh. Any item digitised by Refresh (or on behalf of Refresh) remains the property of Refresh. 

 
Copyright

Refresh accepts no liability for infringements of copyright by the customer when artwork is supplied.

Digital Download patterns

Digital downloads purchased or acquired free from Refresh remain the property of Refresh.
Refresh authorise the use of the design for you to make for personal use and end product for sale.
All designs remain the property of Refresh.  You may not sell, trade, giveaway, share, modify, combine into other designs and claim as your own, any of the fonts and/or designs themselves.
All designs have been test stitched
There are no refunds as these are digital downloads.
