Brother VR / PR Series Needle Plate.

 Needle plates can become damaged over time,

The biggest issue is needle strike which can cause thread to shred.

As the thread passes through the needle hole in the plate it can shred if the is any rough edges caused from the needle hitting the needle plate.

Brother commercial parts do not have retail packaging.
