When using dull, heavy fabrics such as vinyl, denim, fleece, soft-shell or imitation leather, the Sliding Foot is the suitable choice. It’s special coating on the sole makes it easier to glide over many layers. The markings on the front of the foot are used to guide seams. They show the needle positions and help you guide the fabric so that the seam runs correctly.
